You talk behind people’s backs, twist their words to make yourself look better and act like you’re above everyone else. You’re not perfect, you’re not even elegant. You’re just a manipulative, spoiled little Princess.”
Or, every interaction between Wumuti and Rui feels like a competition to see who can bring the other down furthest, and Rui seems determined to humiliate Wumuti at every given moment.

Rui nearly jumps out of her skin. She turns her head and finds her conquest standing right beside her, elbows perched on the bar as she leans forward. She’s even prettier up close and her heart skips a beat before it starts to race in her chest.

“Slide it down, slowly… Mm, no slower than that,” Wumuti practically moaned against her ear, “just a little further… You know how I like it.”
By the time Rui had managed to correct the mistake, she could barely even focus on anything but trying to calm her own breathing, as she kept getting distracted by her girlfriend moving against her body, whispering in her ear. When Wumuti finally loosened her arms, she still didn’t step away completely. Instead, she rested her hands on Rui’s shoulder and let her fingers trail gently over her throat.
“Much better,” she said, her voice silky smooth, “I knew you could satisfy me.”
They agreed on secrecy.
They agreed on professionalism.
They did not agree on Wumuti spending an entire week whispering innuendos, touching Rui under conference tables, and slowly driving her out of her mind in front of coworkers.
And that’s how Rui, finally pushed past her limit, decides to return every single tease at once, and make her boss the one trembling for a change.~ A continuation of "Her Scent On My Skin" ~
