"You're bleeding through your suit," Red Hood said, nodding at Mark's shoulder. "Your left shoulder. And you're holding your ribs like at least two of them are cracked. And you came down out of the sky and sat in an alley, specifically Crime Alley, which is either a choice made by someone who knows this neighbourhood and what it is, or someone who doesn't know and got unlucky."
"Which one is worse?" Mark asked, despite himself.
"Depends." Red Hood studied him. "What's your name?"
Mark hesitated.
"Invincible," he said finally. Using the name felt — strange, in this context, with this person he didn't know in this city he'd never been to. But it was his name. It was who he was. "My name's Invincible."
Or
After a gnarly fight with Angstrom, Mark (accidentally) got sent to Gotham and has to team up with the batfamily.

Summary
Cassie Kent has been a superhero for two years—long enough to know a cape doesn’t make life simpler. Chicago is loud, chaotic, always on the brink, and she spends most days airborne putting out fires. She works alone, avoiding teams, politics, and especially the Guardians of the Globe. Their polished pitches can’t shake her instinct that something’s wrong. Trust gets people hurt.
Off-duty, she’s painfully normal. She lives with her cousin Clark, goes to school, keeps her head down. Sharp‑tongued and stubborn, she doesn’t try to impress anyone—least of all her annoying neighbor Mark Grayson, who insists they’re friends. She expects to forget him after graduation.
Then Mark reveals he has powers.
One confession cracks her walls. Suddenly he’s not just a weird kid—he’s dangerous, unpredictable, tied to something bigger. Cassie is pulled into uncovering the truth about his father, facing the possibility that one of the world’s greatest heroes is its biggest threat, and realizing she can’t stay on the sidelines anymore.
