JJ hasn’t really felt anything in the past few weeks - only emptiness and hollowness. Maybe seeing Elle would bring her something - nostalgia perhaps, comfort maybe. It could be past hurts that come up, or it could be a welcome throwback.
All she knows is Elle’s reappearance might just make her feel anything, so JJ agrees to see her.
