In Mr. Iceburg's bedroom, each of his—until then, old acquaintances and close friends—were scattered around the room. At the mention of her name, the woman with glasses adjusted them impassively.
But, despite the change of plans, everything was always under control.
Speaking somewhat more quietly, he left implicit what he was referring to in particular. But it wasn't necessary; it was clear to each and every one of those present. Lucci maintained a cold expression, his gaze penetrating and remorseless.
Down below, with his face pressed against the floor, Paulie gritted his teeth in rage and frustration. Tears soon began to form.

[A continuation to New Experiences. You don't need to have read that to read this fic though, the vibe is different. But to those who have read it, certain conversations will make more sense.]
Lucci won't introduce Paulie to his long time friends (he would say acquaintances)/ coworkers in CP0, but no worries because the universe has other ways to have them find out about him.
Each chapter will consider a different member of CP0's point of view, how they meet Paulie and eventually how they find out they are a couple. A story full of misunderstandings.
