Summary
Whenever Grace was feeling down, she liked to imagine all the different ‘R’ Commanders, Captains and Operatives as the same mythical “superhero” BSAA soldier. It felt nice to imagine (if only for a moment) that wherever a bioweapon would spring up there would be an immovable soldier to meet its unstoppable force, saving the day.
But of course, no one person could do all that.Or:

Summary
Struggling through a strange, hostile town while attempting to locate the President’s missing daughter, Leon begins to doubt his ability to complete this mission. So why then, does he find himself growing closer with the smooth-talking Luis Serra? It’s bound to end in disaster, especially when one of you are shackled and not really sticking around voluntarily.
Aka. What if Luis and Leon stuck together after the chain scene? How would such a simple, single event change things?

That, Luis hadn’t detailed, nor had Leon entirely expected.
With the political turmoil of his failed rescue mission, the explosion of worldwide T-Virus outbreaks, Leon finds navigating through Europe to find a cure to he and Ashley's condition difficult. There's so much he wants, so much he thinks 'should be' in the face of 'what is', and facing that will come at the cost of knowing himself and what's become of those he's cared about.
