Wooyoung had been raving about this guy at the gym to Seonghwa for a while now, talking about how handsome he is and how “dilf” he looked. Hongjoong just doesn’t come to Seonghwa for comfort. He doesn’t come to any of them, actually. Seonghwa thinks it has something to do with his “duties as leader,” a concept none of the others actually believe in. So Hongjoong openly reaching out to him is definitely something new.
Or: Hongjoong actually comes home for once and Seonghwa sees how much he is struggling.
