One night during a training camp, Hinata is freezing and it's impossible for him to warm up. Kageyama notices.
Or: Kageyama lacks the social cues to see the problem with two friends sharing a futon when their teammates are asleep in the same room (because, obviously, the dumbass is cold and, more obviously, Kageyama can't have their best decoy get sick on the first day of training camp; that's a no-no), and Hinata thinks that maybe, just maybe, he doesn't hate Kageyama as much as he thought. Maybe he never hated him at all.
