A super dense and well thought-out commentary / analysis that critiques the conventional execution of suspect genres like A/B/O and how the taboo nature of tags like mpreg can act as the gateway into questioning portrayal of gender through subversion of how such tags are usually written (quote "forced feminisation")...all on Ao3! For free! *cue "Organisation for Transformative Works" in the background*
Even if reading A/B/O and mpreg is outside of your comfort zone (like it is for mine) this is very worth a read! (and Author-nim is also a very insightful person -- quote "think about why you feel a certain way when reading Ao3 as it will let you learn more about how you think") 🫡 (the subconscious thought that fics not to my taste / not very super quality are not worth thinking about as I read because there is "nothing to learn"...oops)

With an appearance mimicking Themis, the Titan of Justice, The Conductor is blindfolded. The orchestra will play a song to judge your virtue, the more dissonant the sound, the more sin you have accumulated. The more harmonious, the less.

In memory to my future self of the first horror fanfic that made my heart genuinely clench in terror at the incongruity and panic that accompanied the end of each cycle, and the final dream scene. Somehow finishing 60k words of nightmare material must mean something!! Though the lingering fear throughout the entirety of the last chapter, that somehow the anomaly would just pop up again and jump scare in big big big big big big html red text... ;;;
Source material had enough comedic undertones to feel like I was reading kse lampoon about his overemployment, and the fics I've read so far are more depressing than scary...but salutations to that entire fast thinking sequence with the looming threat of a supernatural being you can only fake control over in dire circumstances that reminds me why I couldn't continue reading kaleidoscope of death!!
(I swear this is a positive review) (It is just low horror tolerance speaking)
Content wise, still love D squad found family and MZ kse bullying saheon while losing it 🔥 would've been damn funny if Eun Haje and Park Minseong woke up to hear kse say he drugged them for extra excitement hahahahaha -
