Summary
After experiencing his first heat after years of suppressant abuse, Sanji is essentially gaslit into having his first time with his goofy captain, Luffy. Thinking once would be the end, Sanji's heat comes back days later with a vengeance and the blonde omega realizes things might be worse for his body then he originally anticipated. As if that wasn't enough, each time he goes into heat his nosy captain spends it with him! Which wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't for the fact that Sanji has found himself falling head over heels for a clueless Luffy. When he's analyzed by Law, Sanji finds out the only way to fix his irregular heats is if he takes a big alpha's knot regularly. Just so happens that knot needs to belong to Luffy. Can Sanji's heart handle just where exactly this situation will lead him and Luffy?

So there was their son, with every type of toy he could even imagine, but not a father in sight. Sora knew that the big green Mosshead in the photos was his dad, and the unhygienic ogre that he sees twice a year in the mornings was him too.
However, no need to fret, he will be such a kick-ass parent that Sora will never even think he needs that overgrown mossy copy of himself!
But history repeats itself. So Sanji needs that shitty Marimo to pull his head out of his ass, because who will take care of Sora when he no longer can?
