Summary
Harry is both newly thirteen and a runaway, after an explosive accidental magic outburst. Life living at the Leaky Cauldron is way better than ever living with the Dursley's. But Harry still can't shake the feeling that he's unsafe. And there had only ever been one time where he felt the illusion of safety. Sirina Potter-Black won't stand for anyone harming those that are hers. Not while she still has breath in her body and can do something about it, anyways. She's actually a little excited about this whole circle thing, but it's all a step left of what she is familiar with.
