UNDER RECONSTRUCTION!
Doing a re-write of the first installation of this series and adding a bunch of content so there will be quite a few new chapters in addition to updates to existing ones in this portion of my "Learning to Live" series.
Progress Report as of June 15: new chapter 3 and new chapter 4 added!
Spike survives his confrontation with Vicious. That's only the beginning of the continuing adventures of the Starship Bebop and its crew whose ongoing mission is to explore new cities, seek out new bounties, and ultimately to search for some meaning to life, the universe, and everything.

Time before, between, and aftermath of Ajax's fall, through others' points of view. A boy, a soldier, or a monster? Answer: all of the above.

“Luffy, what’s he talking about? What’s going on?” Sanji finally broke the silence.
“His village is starving,” Luffy replied matter-of-factly from his perch on the desk, one leg up supporting his arm, the other dangling. “They’ve had a bad fishing season, their land’s dry, and the jungle too dangerous for them to forage in. They tried to fish further in the ocean, but it’s all lost from the storm.”
The room fell quiet after Luffy’s explanation, waiting for a response. The man whispered ‘please’ over and over as tears fell from his eyes, fingers tightening in the sheets. Sanji glanced around the room, hands tucked in his pockets.
Finally, with a shrug, he spoke, “Then we feed them.”

Or the Straw Hats are sailing away from Wano when they come across a shipwrecked survivor. When they take him aboard, the man begs them to help his starving village. Sanji steps up to the task and the Straw Hats make their way to the remote island. Once there, Robin can't shake the feeling that something is off and her intuition is right as things take a turn for the worse when the crew is separated and the three strongest members go missing.Bookmarked by akixoz

"Wow, you really thought about it that deeply, huh," Tsukasa muttered to himself.
"We can answer both versions, then! So, Rui-kun, who would you spiritually switch places with?"
Rui finally paused in his thought process. Truth be told, the type of switch didn't quite matter to him, nor did the many nuances he had considered. In the end, he had a single, unchanging answer.
