He moved through his routine with practiced ease, starting with a grueling six mile run. In the past few months, he had learned to prioritize his time better to account for where mishaps may pop up in his schedule. God forbid something unexpected happen and he couldn't work out later. His arms pumped back and forth, carrying him harder and further. He loved the feeling running gave him, the way he swore he could feel the blood moving through his veins.
