Cipher's just minding her own business in the grand scheme of things. The heroes and villains can battle it out over control of the Black Tide--she'll stay off to the side and do her own thing. In her civilian life, she runs an antiques shop. As a vigilante, she protects the outskirts of Okhema...and also acquires new wares for her antiques shop in the process. She's doing just fine.
--is what she tells herself, anyways, but somehow, she can't seem to stop running into people associated with a conflict she wants no part in, and fragments of a past she's desperately trying to run away from.

"Oh, right! Yes, I was wondering if you could help me cook a meal for all the chimeras."
"…Why?"
"Well, I figured that, with all the chimeras doing their best in the championships, it might be a good idea to cook something for them in preparation! I think a healthy, nutritious meal would help since they'll be so busy in the coming days. They'll be full of energy and ready to go."
Mydei stares at her for a moment longer, surprised, before something changes in his expression and he nods, somewhat bemusedly. "Sure. Let's go to the kitchens?"
"Oh! Right now?"
"Yeah. It'll take some time to cook for all the chimeras. Their appetites aren't that big compared to us, but there's a lot of them."
