Summary
Damian Doe loves his job. Despite only being twelve, he's spent nearly three years as Kaz Brekker's second in command, weaseling his way up the food chain. He might not remember where he came from, which is why the others have taken to calling him a 'doe', but it's really no big deal!
Kaz, however, is ambitious as ever. If he wants to run Ketterdam, he'll need more allies. As two crows become three, and then four, and so on... Damian is starting to realize there might be more to life than just being a Dreg.

Summary
Just the sight of Neil’s skin against Jean’s is enough to pool a warm and heavy sensation in the pit of Kevin’s stomach. In moments like this, he is an easily inflammable thing, at the mercy of Neil and Jean trading lit matches right over him. Kevin knows painfully well how hungry the Ravens are for anything physical, be it altercation or gratification, and he wonders sometimes, in the privacy of his own sinful mind, whether Neil and Jean— No. He is a wretched being of too many wants, but an accusation like that is too blasphemous even for him.

Adam shook his head, both to stop both of them talking and to clear it of some of the haze he still felt caught in. “I never needed him to be in jail or pay a huge fine to me or anything like that,” Adam said, surprised at how soft his own voice was. “That’s never been what I…what this was about.” Ronan responded with a noise somewhere between a growl and a scoff.
“…What did you want, then, Adam?” Gansey asked.
(Post-trial missing scene, featuring Ronan and Gansey being very good friends and Adam getting the top of the bottle he's been shoving a lot of emotions into ripped off whether he likes it or not. 50% dissociating, 50% crying, 100% Adam realizing he's loved)

Looking for some peace and quiet he wanders into the Aglionby library and rather than find peace and quiet, he finds Adam, head buried in some work.Adam, offers some words of encouragements for Gansey to help assuage his frustrations.

He was in a worn, gray T-shirt, and black old sweatpants. And barefoot. Gansey noticed that the soles of his feet were dirty and, to his dismay, a few drops of blood painted the pavement behind him.
“Adam, are you—what are—what are you doing here?” There were too many questions Gansey wanted to ask.
Adam blinked at him owlishly. Then, he moved his hands in front of him, palms up, as he stared at them, confusedly.
