“Lance??” Allura froze as she saw Lance fly the Castle.
“But that shouldn’t be possible! Only an Altean from the royal Altean family can use those controls!” Coran said.
Then another thing happened.
Lance was still flying the ship, so he couldn’t see it. Pidge was the first one to notice.
“Guys! Look at his cheeks!” she pointed out.
And sure enough, on Lance’s cheeks right under his eyes, light blue sickle-shaped marks started appearing.Or (previously): The Voltron Paladins discover something about one of them. Something none of them knew. Not even Lance himself.

After the defeat of the Galra the paladins split up. Lance works on his family's cabbage farm and HATES it. He hates himself too. Eight months pass by and Keith gets takes trip to see Lance due to a forced paid vacation. Both aren't in good spaces but maybe they have just what the other needs.
