The kid looks up at him with tears in his eyes, sniffling and seeming to be waiting for something, and Technoblade falters a bit when he sees how blue those eyes are. They remind him of Phil’s eyes, almost. It’s strangely endearing.
Technoblade tilts his head to the side, frowning a bit as he stares back, listens to the baby make quiet noises up at him. A small hand gets raised up towards Techno, and like a soft fool, he reaches his hand into the crib.

In which Pirate!Technoblade breaks into a old ship to find loot, and he finds a baby Tommy instead, who was left behind in the abandoned ship. He takes Tommy with him back to Wilbur and Phil, and they go on to raise and love Tommy while being pirates at sea.

Summary
Tommy hums absent-mindedly underneath his breath as he continues on his walk, and just as he sees the school come into view, himself being right on time, his phone begins to buzz in his pocket.
He doesn’t think much of it. It’s a calm morning, the city is quiet, and he’s not thinking straight, with it still being early. He expects it to be some telemarketer, if anything. He doesn’t expect anything of the worst.
(He wishes he never picked up that fucking phone call.)

Tommy freezes. Why would there be a random man looking for him? Was he going to kill him? Was he intruding on someone’s place? Were they going to hit him?
Maybe he wasn’t looking for Tommy. Maybe it was someone else.

“Is- is that not just part of the process? I assumed it was.” Tommy stated, confused as to why Techno was so surprised.
