Somewhere along the line, Julius lost half himself, entrusted what was left of that self to Subaru, proceeded to take what was essentially a year-long sabbatical from the knight’s order excused via being forgotten by everyone he knows and loves, and somehow expected to be able to pick all the pieces back up and form himself again.
Whoever that him is supposed to be, now.
Or, Julius falls out of line, falls apart, and falls unforgivably in love.

Summary
For Natsuki Subaru, fate is a creature that can be taken down and triumphed over. Sometimes, however, fate can lead Subaru exactly where he needs to be. That somewhere is usually straight into another obstacle that fate has thrown at him, but if given the chance, Subaru won't back away from the opportunity to save someone.
During today's riveting adventure, Subaru will once again have to conquer fate and change the outcome that he was originally handed. Subaru runs into Julius, and together they will have to win against a witchbeast whose abilities far surpass the ordinary wolgarm or whatnot. Just how difficult will it be to defeat a witchbeast that confuses the eye and seemingly can't be damaged? As an added challenge, Julius's tendency to want to protect Subaru is hindering his focus on battle.
