Sauron looks down on her form – at her hands burrowing themselves so deeply into her wound he fears for a moment they’ll pierce it, and there will be nothing left for him to hold but her bloody guts. No flesh left for him to punish for her hubris, no mind left to receive it at all.

Sauron violates Galadriel in more ways than one... Leaving her to deal with the ensuing side-effects.
