aka, the main Usnavi/Vanessa/Ruben crossover verse, wherein Ruben moves to New York and finds love, twice.
All of my ITH fic is technically prequel to this, and the first chapter of Maps Won't Show Us Where We're going is official 90-verse Ruben backstory (but none of the subsequent chapters.) You don't have to have read those to follow this though, really. (I also feel like it should be pointed out that in my head Usnavi and Ruben look pretty different to each other, some similarities but played by different people.)
