Summary
Peter Parker does not need anymore problems to sort through. An ego the size of Queens, 20 something super-powered hacks running around his city, and a sleep schedule that would ruin even the hardest working office dweller. So a teeny tiny crush on his insane(ly hot) right-hand vigilante is not in the cards for him right now. And Peter doesn't do crushes, he SWEARS this isn't a crush– more like a very deep fascination for the man who forcibly occupies most of his nights.
Wade Wilson on the other hand? He juggles around declarations of love like they're fresh off the grill and free for the people. Even if Spider-Man won't hear it, Wade has more respect in him than he did for any other person in his life. Not a hard feat for the guy with severe trust issues, but Wade swears up and down that there is something special about his creepy-crawly man crush; something that makes Wade doubt he could ever be a person who deserves that same respect.
And outside of both of these oblivious fucks inner turmoil, darker things have dragged themselves out of the dirt. Old enemies and older plots dust themselves off and wreak havoc on a very new drug market that opened up for New York's underground.
