Summary
The cold muzzle of his blaster pressed firmly against the back of the woman’s skull.
“Don’t move.” he said, his voice flat and unyielding through the modulator.
The room stilled.
Grogu started making happy noises, his stubby arms stretching out toward Din, the forgotten meal slipping entirely from his attention. “Buuh,” he grunted, repeating it over and over, eyes bright.
“Buir?” the woman’s voice was soft but measured, a question aimed at Grogu. The child’s gaze flicked to her, then back to Din, repeating the sound with a nod of his wrinkled head.
She let out a long sigh, the motion slight, almost imperceptible against the muzzle. Her accent carried the rhythm and cadence of Core Worlds— It struck him as entirely out of place here.He didn’t like her speaking Mando’a.
Din pressed the cold metal harder against the back of her skull, testing her resolve. She said nothing for a few heartbeats.
Then, finally, she spoke.
“So… you’re the reason my child is wearing chainmail.”

Summary
The world had ended for her once before. But death, it seemed, was not the end. The universe had a strange way of rewriting stories, and hers was no exception.
When her eyes fluttered open again, it was to the damp, misty air of Forks, Washington, and a name that felt foreign on her tongue: Helen Lily Swan.
Helen carried the weight of two lives. She was still a witch.Paul Lahote was a storm wrapped in human flesh, a wolf bound by instinct and fury.
Imprinting, they called it. For Paul, it was everything. For Helen, it was a complication. She hadn't fought Voldemort, survived a war, and clawed her way back to life just to be tethered again. Yet, there was no denying the pull, the heat that flared in her chest when he was near, and the way her magic seemed to hum in his presence.
Bella's arrival created its own complications by drawing the attention of the Cullens. Helen was no stranger to monsters, she was no damsel, no pawn in someone else's story. She was Helen Swan, and this time, she'd write her own ending.

Summary
Helena Potter didn’t come to Forks looking for trouble.
She came to disappear.
Keeping magic hidden has always been easier than trusting anyone with the truth, especially when the name Potter carries more history than safety. Vampires were never supposed to be the complication...until Edward Cullen started paying attention in ways she could not ignore.
Bella Swan sees the change first.
And while Helena has spent years learning control, obsession is something far harder to contain.
Secrets are building. Magic is stirring. And somewhere ahead, death itself is waiting to be challenged.
