Now don't get him wrong, Sidious usually accounted for a great many things.
Potentially causing the end of the galaxy with a highly dangerous bioweapon? Yes, precautions taken.
Grievous or Dooku possibly getting tossed into the vacuum of space before the end of the war? Not ideal, but he could adapt somehow.
Windu and Skywalker somehow becoming the closest friends...ever? force forbid that should play out or he may be doomed...
Skywalker taking interest in and later marrying Senator Amidala? Yes, perfectly in the plans.
Should work out just fine.

...granted he does have to deal with a boyfriend/future husband who is just as chaotic as him, if not more so, but oh well, Skywalkers were well known for adapting on the spot.
Or at least he was, and most wouldn't call it adapting (in fact they'd probably call it just Anakin being...well, Anakin), but eh, what's the difference?

Anakin can and loves too cook for the people he loves, he also loves sharing the recipes his mom thought him... To the misfortune of his loved ones.
I am not sure on how many chapters there will be, but I will do my best to have all of the characters in the tags to appear and maybe more. Tags will be updated with the story.
