The local facility is filled with Practical and Cultural Necessities— there is simply no space for a whole Iterator to sit, other than where Looks to the Moon is already situated. Unless you wish to suggest something drastic, such as removing the (Technically impractical, but highly venerated) True Anointed Citadel, then your proposal is Dead in the water before it can begin.

Like death, like sleep, they wake up again. But instead of the comforting dull hum of a superstructure, they awaken due to sharp wind nipping through their sleek pelt. They are alone; their mother is nowhere to be seen. Something in their dreams showcases a fuzzy vision of a frost blanketed world that is slowly approaching, and the unspeakable horrors that come alongside it; a future that would be inescapable.
Like sleep, like death, they wake up again. A nightmare performs its song, a saint works a miracle, time travel happens, and the Rivulet sets out on another journey.
Or, the Saint intervenes and sends Rivulet back in time. This has numerous consequences.

Summary
After setbacks from every corner: from the hardware to the software to the political, Five Pebbles is finally online. The Administrators can rest, the Engineers can toil at their leisure, the Citizens can continue ignoring the new god beneath their feet, and the Iterators can get to know their newest member.
This, naturally, immediately veers sideways.
