Summary
Dazai knew the ADA didn't care for him the way he cared for them. If he didn't know any better, he'd have said they hated him, the way they excluded him, dismissed his attempts, and left him out of important plans were all clear signs that he wasn't truly one of them. However, this fact had never really bothered him. He knew it was only temporary, because everything, and everyone, who mattered to him was always lost the moment he got too comfortable. Now had been that moment: Dazai had gotten too used to the light.
