“Why didn’t we do this sooner?” Leon asks, though the question is rhetorical. He knows they were both scared to ruin the friendship they had.
Claire kisses him chastely, shaking her head as she continues playing with his hair. “It doesn’t matter.”
Leon tucks his face into her neck, breathing in the warm scent that’s so distinctly Claire. He mumbles into her skin, “But think of how many kisses I’ve missed out on giving you.”
Claire smiles, so hard her cheeks begin to hurt. She takes Leon’s face between her hands, pulling him out of her neck to meet her cerulean blue gaze. Peering up through long lashes, she bites her lip.
“I guess you’ll just have to make up for lost time.”

Or Claire Redfield is Sherry Birkin's babysitter. One night, Annette and William Birkin won't be home until 2am so Claire invites her best friend, Leon Kennedy, over to kill the time with her until they get home. Fluff ensues.

Claire rolls her eyes, tossing her head back with a groan. She lets Leon tug her closer as she says, “We’ll tell Chris about us soon. I promise.”
Leon raises a brow, unconvinced.
“You wanna tell your superior officer that you’ve been fucking his little sister in secret for months?” Claire challenges, crossing her arms over her chest.
“I’d describe it as making love, but—”
Claire hits his chest again.
