Prompt:
Tony wants to get Bruce back into dating, so he sets him up on dates with all these people he knows. Some of them need to be just awful. Bruce should leave in the middle of one because it’s so bad. One of them should go to the bathroom and not come back. Some of them should be really nice, sweet people, but there’s just no spark. Maybe one of them doesn’t speak any English. Just the most ridiculous dates. And as bad as some of them are, maybe Bruce really likes dating. If it goes well he makes a new friend, if it’s awful he has a funny story to tell Tony. All the while, Tony is falling in love with Bruce, but can’t figure out what to do about it. Let’s make it sweet and gentle and let’s have Bruce be happy for once :) - seekingsquakeOR: TLDR: Tony gets Bruce to start dating, but realizes he's in love with Bruce, and doesn't know what to do.

"Bruce just stares at her. Impatiently, she returns and catches his elbow, hauling Bruce to his feet. He protests weakly, and tries to retain his dignity with the scraps around his waist as she leads him around the hut and to a rickety wooden chair by the fire. She makes a “stay” motion, and walks to the back of the hut, and returns to offer Bruce a plate bearing large, dark pods. A kola nut, he thinks, which would mean the woman is Igbo, and that Bruce was in West Africa. Bruce was awestruck; before the Other Guy took over, he’d been in Libya: across the Sahara and almost half the length of the continental US away. He’s not sure what to do..."
Or: While on the run, Bruce finds himself in Igboland and makes a friend.

Summary
Spite tends to vocalize his perceptions of others—Words, sensations, and ideas he associates with people and their emotions. It wasn’t something that bothered Lucanis much, as of late. Sometimes it was even helpful for gauging someone’s desires or intentions.
Following an intimate night with Rook, Lucanis’s thoughts tend to drift toward recollection…and Spite has plenty to say about that.
(Mild canon-divergence, but would fit into the canon of the game!)

Lucanis chokes on his coffee, drawing everyone’s attention as he spits it out and spills the drink on himself. His violent coughs mix with Spite’s laughter, echoing in his head and drowning out his company asking him if he’s alright.

Lucanis' head lolled to the side, eyes just barely open. The bleary expression he wore betrayed nothing of what he was thinking, nor that he even realized where he was. With the way his hair hung down in his face, damp and stringy, he almost looked the way he had when they'd first rescued him from the Ossuary.
That thought stung something deep within her rib cage.
