Summary
At the end of the worst year of her life, Rory Gilmore is six months pregnant, newly fired from the NYT DC bureau after getting Twitter-cancelled, and still stunned by the election results. At the airport, a couple days before Christmas, as flights get cancelled right and left due to a blizzard, she runs into Paris Geller, who has also had a nightmarish 2016, losing her congressional campaign to a talentless hack she despises and much more in the process.
One thing leads to another and they find themselves in a shared rental car, trying to find a passable route home to Connecticut for the holidays.
