Tanjiro in a valiant effort to save him tries to move in front of him but Giyuu still ends up sprayed with water.
Sanemi moves faster than he can process, ripping his jacket off and throwing it over his head to cover himself.
He shoves his hands into his pockets and lets his sleeves drape all the way down his arms.
How annoying.

Summary
Sanemi Shinazugawa has one rule for his clients: no kissing. It’s the only line he hasn't crossed to keep the lights on and his brother fed. But "Yuu"—his quietest regular—doesn’t want his body; he wants his time. Between grading papers and drinking tea in Room 402, the cold math of survival starts to fail.
To Yuu, he is just "Nemi," a sharp-tongued sex worker with far too many scars. But as the boundaries of their world begin to blur, the professional and the personal collide. Sanemi soon realizes the man paying for his silence is his younger brother Genya's P.E. teacher and guidance counselor—Giyuu Tomioka.
In the end, both are finding out that the price of love is far higher than either of them ever calculated.
