“Oh, dear. You’re hurt.” Aziraphale spoke softly, reaching a tentative hand out and gently gliding his finger down the black scales. The snake lifted it head curiously, as if taking in Aziraphale, who stopped before his fingers grazed the open wound that stretched almost down to it’s tail.
[Aziraphale is a warlock-- though he's not very good at it-- who discovers an injured snake who, unbeknownst to him, is the famous Red Witch, the high sorcerer to the royal family, cursed to present in snake form. Together they make an interesting pair]

Summary
The Pokemon Colosseum AU nobody asked for.
Crowley was a Rogue, or rather he was NOW. But that all changes when he stumbles across Aziraphale, some poor soul who found himself way over his head with a target on his back because of an ability he didn't even know he had.
Before long, the pair finds themselves in the middle of a plot involving Pokemon being controlled by a sinister force and must work together to ensure their survival and the region of Orre.

"Captain Sisko wanted to see me," Garak said—which was so conspicuous a refusal to answer the question Julian had asked that it almost didn't qualify as an evasion. He pulled out the chair opposite Julian, and sat.
"Captain Sisko? Why?"
"Well, apparently," Garak said, "Cardassia has lodged a formal request with the Federation for my extradition."
(Or: Garak has a problem. Julian marries him to fix it. Except that means Julian also has a problem, albeit of a very different kind.)

“Kinda rule number one of being in a cult,” Pete scoffed.
“Ah! Not in this cult!” Stede beamed at him and looked around expectantly. “Remember? What’s our number one rule?”
Roach raised his hand. “Don’t sacrifice my chicken.”
“Not quite number one, but still high up,” Stede replied. “Swede?”
“Stick to the chore schedule?”
“Definitely in the top ten.” There were no more hands, and he sighed. “Come on! If we want to get a good result, we talk about it…”
“As a cult,” the others chorused, some more reluctant than others.
AKA the Lovecraftian AU no one asked for!
In which High Priest Stede struggles with nosy Badmintons, his cultists and the Spanish Inquisition. Meeting Edthulhu makes everything better. Now Stede just has to help the eldritch deity emerge fully into this world. It'll be fine! Probably!
