ER feels more crowded than usual; the radio serves as a gauge of what is happening outside.
Even inside, the wind breaking against crystal doors and windows can be heard. The hospital is running on the energy the generator is producing, but only god knows how long it will last.
No new patients for now, but maintaining the ones they already have is enough pressure. Ambulances can't circulate on the already snow-covered roads.
ER is still noisy, but it's getting quieter by the minute, by the hours that pass by, not because of the lack of patients, but because the growing tiredness is leaving both personnel and patients on edge.
