Almost 7 years after the death of King Arthur and the betrayal of Owain, Galahad is expecting to return to the capital of with a simple report, and plenty of time to prepare for their annual festival honouring their former king. Instead, he ends up bringing along an odd young knight who's cat-like mannerisms, odd habits, and distinct fighting style are a little too familiar for comfort.
Almost a year after the resolution of the Red vs Blue war, Kitty is expecting a lighthearted trip around the kingdom her lion once knew so well in order to learn from the locals and deliver a message from Graecie about the creaking before making her way back home to help with the academy. Instead, she ends up in the presence of quite literally the only people in the kingdom who she has been told to avoid. Her in-laws.

Summary
In search of a bloodless end to the war, impossible as it may be, the cure seems to offer an answer to all of the the humans' prayers. Holy water, a purified beacon, and a few choice words are all that it takes to cure vampirism from the infected parties—whether they want it or not. Rolling back the clock in a single moment.
Literally rolling back the clock, that is to say. The cure undoes more than just the vampirism, instead bringing the person to back to before they ever even met their Sire. Physically and mentally.
The fight might be bloodless, but it is no less a struggle to be faced with the people who did so much harm; now stripped of their crimes, their memories, and their entire lives. Can the humans of Oakhurst look into the clueless faces of Scott and Owen and find something innocent within? And can Scott and Owen live with the hundreds of years that they lost?

Scott and the other vampires are de-aged by the cure, and lose various amounts of time from their memories and bodies. It causes as many issues as it fixes.

After what felt like an eternity of barely holding himself back from just pushing Kitty the rest of the way in, Owain’s water-adverse companion was finally into the deepest part, the water at their shoulders. “This is horrible,” she stated. “Why would you do this?”
“Because humans need to groom themselves,” Owain responded. “Your hair is matted and you are grimy.”
“Is that a problem?” Owain was very glad he had never had children, because this is what he imagined they were all like. How was a grown adult still acting like they were a petulant three-year-old, especially in such war-torn times?
“Yes. You could get disease,” Owain stated, trying to find some incentive for her to wash herself.
“Oh, like the thing the King has? He called it a ‘cough’, I thinks.” Owain nodded at its words. Good, at least it understood what illness was.

That goal was set for this kingdoms people, those whom he'd learned to adapt because of. He had taken a curse, one for his soul, to that 'king', to prevent the downfall of blue kingdoms strongest knight, he took the offer, praying his sacrifice would be taken clearly, then why did this lion pause, then why did Owain hesitate, he was such a decisive person.
Thy had asked, "Why do you make such a choice and hesitate before doing so?" The knight didn't reply, just staring at the void below.
