Ochako had always wanted to know who saved the heroes. She had wanted to be that person, saving the heroes who needed saving.
Now though she saw things differently.
Who saved the villains? Who saved the people society deemed too far gone? She hadn't been able to save Himiko.
Could you save villains? Or were they unsavable?
No. Himiko had been savable. Ochako had just been too late, again.
The harsh words pounding through her mind sent a sob escaping through her lips and within seconds she was hunched over, tears pouring down her cheeks as she racked with sobs.
“Uraraka!” The voice startled her, and instinctively, she turned to see who it was. The next thing she knew she was falling. She should have clasped her hands together and removed her gravity to stop the fall, but. . . moments later she hit the ground hard, vision going black.

-or- a different take on what happened when Izuku found Ochako on the cliff after the war.

Tucking herself under one of Zane’s arms, Sora curled up into his side and gripped tightly onto the front of his gi. “Please,” she croaked out as her throat began to close up. “Please don’t leave me alone, Master Zane.” Childish urges she thought she’d squashed when she was a kid resurfaced and Sora inhaled a shaky breath to keep her tears at bay. She laid her head just by the crook of Zane’s neck and squeezed the fabric in her grip tighter.

Sora shut her eyes tightly and tried to make herself smaller. A whisper fell from her lips, drowning in the darkness of the alleyway.
