"Osomatsu... Osomatsu please... Listen to me... H-he's not here right now... I can get you out of here if you let me go... We can come home... together... Wouldn't you like that, Osomatsu-niisan?" Choromatsu panted out desperately, his body trembling from the pain and his arms sore from being tied in this uncomfortable position against the wall for so long – so long that Choromatsu couldn't even remember the last time he had been free to move as he pleased.
"Oh, but Choromatsu," Osomatsu said softly, wiping his blade clean with a cloth that may have once been white, but was by now tainted a deep, dirty red. "You still don't understand. There isn't any chance of escape. Really, it'll be easier once you accept it, accept me, and accept him."

Osomatsu sat back in the passenger seat, giving Tougou a long stare as he chewed on his snack. They had been parked on the side of the road for a small bit, trying to just take a break between the miles they had been driving.
“What are you staring at?” the old man grunted between bites.
“I think I've got it figured out,” Osomatsu nodded confidently.
“Got what figured out?” Tougou gave him a challenging look out of the corner of his eyes.

Rude, Osomatsu thought.
"Rude," Osomatsu said out loud.
"Maybe it is, but you're still going to do it," Tougou wiggled his empty paper coffee cup in Osomatsu's field of view, quirking an eyebrow, and though he wasn't doing anything particularly forceful, Osomatsu felt there would be consequences if he said no. Tougou had that sort of shitty aura.
