Summary
Una breve fanfiction canon divergent ambientata nell'universo di No, I'm Not a Human.

Summary
It takes effort. The bodice is too tight across your shoulders, the sleeves too long, and the layers of lace and silk pool around your feet, delicate and absurd. You pull the long, sheer veil from the bag and manage to pin it haphazardly into your own messy hair.
You spin slowly, the fabric whispering around you. You close your eyes. For a moment, you are back in the church, the light streaming in, the music swelling. You feel the rough silk of your own suit jacket under your hands, the solid warmth of her hand in yours. You are smiling. You are happy. The emptiness is gone.

Summary
He knocks on the door, mockingly, “Would you like to let me in? I can make it slow,” he says, “if you’re scared. You’re scared, aren’t you? I can start from a limb, perhaps a tongue, get you used to non-existence, hm?”
“You better leave,” you tell him, “I am not alone tonight.”
You pretend that it is not a whim, a cute game of his, that he does not break in.
---
Homeowner's paranoia gets the best of him, and he is taken away.
