Grace lives a long and happy life on Erid with his cluster-members Rocky and Adrien until he passes at the age of 95. He wakes up to find himself back in his San Fransico appartment and has to face navigating the most difficult part of his life in a language he hasn't spoken in 60 years.
OR; After finding himself in the past Ryland Grace has to try his best to keep his head down and figure out what he wants to do with his second try at solving the Astrophage problem and returning to his family. He struggles with language barriers, culture shock, and worst of all: he never really recovered all of his memories from his first time on earth.
