  Summary

  After news of Lottie's diagnosis circulates, Mr. and Mrs. Matthews decide to move to little Wiskayok, NJ, in hopes of reestablishing themselves socially. Prescribed medication she's too young to take, Lottie navigates what's real and what's not with concentrated steps.
