After Mr.9 is left to try and drink himself to death, or killed by higher agents, he is picked up by the straw hats captain who will apparently take in anyone, even him.

Matt frowns, head tilting. "Did the portal teleport us to a different part of the city?" Peter presses his lips into a thin line, rubbing the back of his head in thought.
Strange said it was meant to send the other versions of him back to their rightful universes — but what did that mean for someone who was already in their universe?
