We've seen SIs found/transmigrate into original Northern houses, we've seen original Stormlands houses, hell, we've seen original Dornish houses, but when it comes to "minor political faction with token side character energy", no one really does it quite like an original Reach house...
An SI into a Clovis Ottaway of Perry Hall, heir to any and all things pear-shaped: bad luck, lame fruit puns, and, of course, fat bottoms.

Summary
The Fëanturi wished to guide the humans—so to the Faithful they gave three seeds: one of gold, silver, and copper. From them came the Gelylaur, the Golden Tree of Wisdom in Minas Anor; the Elywath, the Silver Tree of Dreams in Minas Ithil; and the Ninuiros, the Copper Tree of Tears in Minas Miruin. Their planting would awaken a sixth sense among some of those born in the cities. Some beheld dreaming visions of the future, prophecies, and omens—they would one day become the Seers. Others witnessed ghosts and memories of the past in the waking world—the ancestors of the Sages. And still others found they could sense the emotions and thoughts of those around them, using it to better their lives—the first of the Saints.
The three heirs to the Tri-Regency of Gondor are born to each city with the Fëanturi's gifts and are summoned north to Rivendell—an easy-enough task for seasoned warriors such as they. The only thing in their way is the sexual tension and burdensome societal expectations that hang between them.
You'd think the psychic powers would help.
(They most definitely do not.)

Summary
It began long ago, in a land far beyond the Misty Mountains: in Eriador, the Kindly West.
In a bend of the placid Brandywine River lay the rich lands of the Shire. From forth the fertile lands came fruits and vegetables, flowers and grain, breweries flowing with ale and bakeries tempting passersby with decadent pies and pastries. Trade bustled within the agglomerated city-smials of Tuckborough, Hobbiton, and Michel Delving, rarely bothered by bandits and orcs. Though the Shire's residents were the meek and peaceful Hobbits, it was protected by the greatest kingdom of Middle-Earth: the Ered Luin, Stronghold of Thrór, King of the Twin Deeps.
