Tears slip from Lan Wangji's eyes which turn into pearls. Wei Wuxian collects pearls. Lan Wangji swims towards the ocean. One last time he turns and looks at Wei Wuxian and then he swim towards the deep ocean.
Wei Wuxian hugs the pearls to his chest. He sits on his knees and cries. Wei Wuxian wipes his tears and looks at the sea. The cold wind is touching his body. Wei Wuxian has gone silent.
"I love you too.", Wei Wuxian mumbled.
Wei Wuxian stays on the shore until evening.
