Merlin had never liked Odin and Odin had never liked Merlin. They had never been companions of any sort. They were just two immortals forever locked in the constant misfortune of stumbling upon each other. Except that statement could not be true for Merlin sat at Odin's side overlooking the ocean on the final day of his existence. For Odin was not immortal and Merlin had outlasted him.

Akira glanced at the sign in front of them "Gotham City." The moment he read the name, information rushed to the forefront of his mind like it was programmed to.
"Is it safe?"
