Summary
Yangyang had been lost in the bass line of the B-side playing on Kun’s record player before he’d suggested the band. Before he’d fucked it all up. Freshly eighteen, Yangyang felt like he knew everything about life even though he didn’t really know anything about it.
Or: It was thanks to Kun that Yangyang's entire life boiled down to music. And Dejun's too, eventually, when he got entangled in their lives. But it didn’t matter anymore. Yangyang needed to put it behind, bury it and move on.

Guanheng usually sees him as his cute little brother because Yangyang is his only cute little brother in existence. Yangyang doesn’t hate being the youngest person in the room at all times because he weaponizes it against everyone and people find him cute. Most of the time. But Guanheng is looking at him like he's about to push him onto the bed and bite his dick off.
“Yeah, I really wanna see you naked right now.”
Or, the tension starts again because Guanheng and Yangyang are going to share a hotel room again after almost two years.

“The Halos aren’t wild.” He speaks solemnly, his mouth so near Hendery's ear he can feel Xiaojun’s breath. “They’re dangerous, you need to know that," he says, and then he kisses Hendery on the mouth again, like he’s trying to kiss some sense into him.
(Hendery is lost, Xiaojun is looking to escape and they meet in a nightclub with no name.)
