Summary
Her head rests against the door as she breathes in Seungwan's scent. Her hands stay limp on her sides, she is not going to knock nor she is going to reach for the handle. She is fully aware she is not going to do either of those things and the awareness of that makes her feel even more miserable.
Joohyun presses her back lightly against the door and slides down until she's sitting on the floor of the corridor, knees drawn up, the cold of the floorboards coming through her socks.
She hasn't allowed herself to think about that night, not the taste of blood, not the feeding itself but the feeling of having Seungwan within her grasp. The feeling of having her on her mercy and Seungwan being completely fine with it.

Seungwan watches her, eyes searching, mind working. Joohyun can practically see the pieces falling into place, one by one. “Unnie…Is it because—you…that day in the kitchen…did you not spit out my blood?”
She shakes her head immediately. “It’s not—”
“You tasted it?” Seungwan’s voice trembles, just slightly. “You tasted my blood.”
Joohyun lets out a slow, unsteady breath. There’s no point in denying it now “…Yes.”
