Penelope "Pony" Curtis is used to standing out. Sometimes not in the way she likes. When a chance encounter with a bubbly soc girl leads to an invitation to a party in the upper west area. Pony is torn between following the rules and staying safe or letting loose and the thrill of finally being included. Determined to go, she hatches a plan: fake a sleepover at her best friend Angela's house and sneak out. As she prepares for the night of her life full of fun, secrets, and possibly even her first kiss! Pony knows she’s walking a tightrope. But some nights are just too tempting to pass up, no matter the consequences.
