Dylan was the last to let go. He noticed Nathan’s flushed face as he started to pull away. But he stopped, his face mere inches from Nathan’s. He watched as the prismatic elf’s cheeks filled with color. Glancing up, he caught a glimpse of purple eyes, and they felt like home.
‘That’s a new color,’ Dylan thought. He leaned in, unable to help himself. ‘They’re gorgeous.’
An alternate chapter idea for Book 2, Chapter 5 "Safe Space". What could have happened if Dylan was bi and into Nathan...

Summary
Jason gets it in his head to experiment with sensual aura techniques, but fails to tell his partners in advance.
Neil curled up into Clive’s lap. Jason was busy actually making dinner. As soon as he’d checked that Jason was ok, he slipped out of the kitchen shaken. He’d never lost control like that before with a partner, and it scared him enough to seek out his other partner. He lay there with a tumultuous roil of emotions as Clive stroked his hair.
“He can’t just go around experimenting on us. He needs to be aware of our boundaries. It’s not just for your sake, but all of ours.”
Slowly, Neil released the tension again. “I hate that you’re right. I just don’t want to have to have that conversation with him. He’s so difficult when he thinks he’s right.”
“That’s why I want to talk to him.” Clive placed a gentle kiss on Neil’s head. “That’s one benefit to being in a relationship with more than one person. We can share the burden.”

“There’s gotta be a better way to do this.” Jason heaved. Water spilled out of the tub, onto the floor where he sat. He’d stripped off his sopping wet shirt after Neil dunked him the first time. “I’m getting tired of all this water in my ears.”
“Well,” Neil sassed while shaking water off his arms, “we could always shove something down your throat.”
