Summary
A crack fic spanning two chapters of nonsense inspired by silly murder mystery cryptograms I was working my way through. Demyx must find out who stole his antique slinky with no help whatsoever from his supposed "friend" Xigbar, and a possible murder, but maybe not, takes place at the Organization's annual and totally canon masquerade ball! Below is a lovely preview of the absurdity you can expect:
Just as the Superior opened his mouth to speak, the lights unceremoniously went out. There was a scream. Demyx hoped no one would realize it was him.
With a sigh, Xemnas said in his usual slow, plodding way. “Saix, go check on the Breaker Box That Never Was.”
“Of course,” Saix said simply and proceeded to bump into everyone as he fumbled his way to the door.
“Don’t worry, I’ve got this,” came Axel’s voice from the darkness, after which he proceeded to light the entire snack table on fire. In the flickering light he had created, Axel scratched his mane of red hair. “Oops,” he chuckled awkwardly.

Summary
A single injury in the daycare changes everything for Gregory. With one new ally obtained, more questions are raised than answered. If one animatronic could free themselves from what's causing them to attack him, why not the others?
Gregory may be a child, but he has street smarts and determination on his side. He could totally save the rest of the animatronics easily... Right?

After the Glamrocks get reserved for a party, Gregory goes to the Daycare to hang out and spend some time with Sunshine. Then the power goes out, there for all the lights do as well. Gregory has to face Moondrop again, though Gregory is one of the only ones unaware of the maintenence the animatronic recieved. Bad memories resurface and Gregory is alone again.
