Summary

The first installment in the "World Without Hagrid" series. My take on a What If...? Where Vernon was just a little bit faster with that shotgun.
This Installment takes place in the weeks leading up to the first year of Hogwarts. This will be a Dark Harry Fic with several pareings but he is 11. It is a slow burn.
