Viver no Inferno não era uma das melhores experiências mesmo para a família real. Principalmente devido os conflitos atrás das cortinas.
Por amor à filha e pela esposa Lucifer tenta ao máximo manter a postura e resolver as brigas, mas nem isso o rei aguentava mais. Então ao lembrar brevemente sobre seu passado e visitas breves no mundo humano ele decide de dar umas "férias".

Summary
Lucifer and Charlie find out that Alastor is still hurt, his injury from the extermination never healing. They try to pin him down to get healed, but a hurt Radio Demon is acting on pure instinct and is high with fever. In the melee, Alastor bites Lucifer. Right on his Angelic Mating Gland, something he'd never even allowed Lilith to do. After healing the recalcitrant, daughter-stealing prick, Lucifer is forced by his own biology to undergo a change. To become the best physical mate for the Radio Demon. That doesn't mean Lucifer is just going to accept it. NOPE! It doesn't matter how cute and shy the devious deer man was being. Those fluffy ears and cute little tail should be classified as Weapons of Mass Destruction. He would not give in!... … … Well... Shit.

Angels don't change. They aren't meant to, they are infinite after all.
But being infinite doesn't mean that Lucifer doesn't have limits.

Summary
In the aftermath of the Final Extermination, Lucifer attempts to settle into the Hazbin Hotel and his place in Charlie's life, helping her as much as he possibly can, while simultaneously managing what he hopes to be the tail end of his most recent decade long depressive episode.
He should probably be a bit more worried that the Radio Demon manages to bear witness to just about every single one of his panic attacks. At least Alastor doesn't seem to glean any entertainment from kicking him while he is already down. Which really, if you think about it, is surprisingly considerate of him...
And on top of all of that stuff just. Keeps. Happening.

When Alastor told his husband he'd been informed that one of the greatest threats to Lucifer's reign may be working with a mortal, he wasn't surprised when the king ordered his executioner to dispose of said mortal.
He also wasn't surprised by Lucifer letting him take as much time as he wished, when he learned the mortal was in New Orleans, Alastor's old home..
He was surprised when he met a rather charming, hard-working, and driven young woman, who he was then incredibly protective of after she was transformed into a frog by the very man Alastor was hunting.
