Bart gets a concussion; actually, he gets multiple concussions. But that’s not even the worst part. No, the worst part, the part that has Tim wanting to yank his hair out, cry, and just generally have a mini crisis, is the fact that every time that Bart gets one of these concussions, he is completely convinced without a single doubt in his mind that he is Batman.

Tim suppressed a groan. “You're not Batman!” he half yelled.

Summary
It took the Justice League a while to realize Robin was on the run. Batman’s accomplice had been doing a good job, slipping between cities almost without a trace. They only realized what had happened when Batman started cutting a bloody path through the East Coast.
They also heard that Robin has a hostage.
OR
Richard and Jason run away from Batman. But the Justice League only sees one of them as a victim.
