    Six years since Raccoon city. Picked up by a militia under the government and forced to work as specialised agents to counteract bioterrorism, Lilian gets sent on an assignment to investigate a mountainous village in a rural Spain; reports of people going missing and strange descriptions of monsters being sighted there, her job was to scout the area and confirm the reports... Only it was a lot bigger than she ever imagined. Not only were suspicions correct, the village was infected with some sort of parasite, but the president's daughter got kidnapped too and showed up in that very village. It was only a matter of time before her backup came in the form of a very familiar face.
