(stand alone fic, the 'series' is just me grouping my works together)
You can communicate with your soulmates by writing on your arms. The universe would carry the message over, making it appear on their skin too.
Child Tim Drake sees the Bat's ominous patrol messages and comes to the unfortunate conclusion that they're some form of gang or mafia. He loves batman, he would never tolerate that. He decides to ghost his soulmates completely.

Summary
It makes some sense why Alpha Bruce Wayne would take in some help, living basically alone in that big Manor with his little kid. But why choose children? And why choose the three of them? Dick, Jason can kind of understand, since Dick is a beta and almost an adult and might be supposed to learn from Mr. Wayne's butler. Tim being a new omega... Unfortunately, Jason can understand far too well why Mr. Wayne might want Tim. But Jason? Jason presented alpha. He understands his days at Wayne Manor will only last as long as Mr. Wayne's patience does.
But then everything goes against what Jason understands. -

Summary
“This one is a bit of an escape artist,” the shelter worker explains, “and he can be quite reactive. Are you sure you wouldn’t like to look at another? He may not be a good fit.”
Ugh, this again.
Jason curls up more tightly, wedging his nose beneath his tail so he can’t see whatever ‘adopters’ have come to peer piteously at him. He considers the logistics of making another escape attempt if the door is opened—until, that is, a boy’s voice abruptly arrests his attention.
“No,” Damian Wayne says, kneeling before Jason’s kennel. “I want this one.”
Jason encounters a villain who turns people into animals.
Damian, meanwhile, adopts a dog.

"Jeez, you're morbid." When the kid just bared his teeth in what could be generously described as a grin, if one were to squint and generally have the vision quality of a mole, Jason turned back to the rapidly paling Tim. "You want to sweep the place for signs of Nightwing while I wrap things up with junior over here?"
"Junior," the kid scoffed, which was real fucking rich for someone who was an inch or two from being strictly categorized as fun-sized. "Fuck off."
"Hey, watch your mouth. Kids who don't know times tables aren't allowed to swear."
"I can multiply just fine, jackass."
"Hood," Tim cut in, voice squeaky like it'd been squeezed-compressed-squashed ten times over. "I don't need to keep looking for Dick. He's right there."
or, who would've thought that a de-aged Dick would be really angry, really annoying, and really attached to Jason?
(Bruce. Bruce would've thought. This might be his worst nightmare, actually.)
